How long does shipping take for in-stock items?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping varies by destination.
What is your policy on pre-order items?
Pre-order items are paid for at the time of purchase to secure your piece. Please note that release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturers and are subject to change.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the limited and collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs.
How do you ensure items arrive in good condition?
As collectors ourselves, we take packaging seriously. We use sturdy boxes and plenty of bubble wrap to ensure your designer toys and their original packaging arrive in pristine condition.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and various 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options like Sezzle to help you manage your collection budget.
