Returns & Exchanges

At Strangecat Toys, we want you to be thrilled with your designer vinyl and art toys, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Items in original, unopened packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened blind box or window packaging, as opened collectibles and 'blind' items cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Carefully pack your toys in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot process refunds for items that arrive damaged.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking number; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
